Why did Terry build that and where did he run it??
he would have run it at the only track in ontario that has all 9 mod four cars...
flamboro
14 car active cars with a couple under construction. The club has had some lean car counts over the last few years but this year it,s been on the up swing. New web site this year , some series sponsors and a lot of new interest. I really think the focus /zetec motor deal is gaining interest within the class and from outside. Is it as cheap as a mini stock to build ? no . but i know you can put one together for less than some thunder car engines i heard of.

Just so the facts are straight
Nitzbon(sp) ran his pro four at sauble, which at the time was the only Ontario track running Pro fours. The class dwindled and died about 6 years ago.
Flamboro has had the MOD fours for quite a few seasons. The obvious difference between the classes was the PRO fours were full bodied, the MODs being open wheeled.
Listen racing is "EXPENSIVE" it's simple now if you real really want to try and save racers some money open things up!! seriously if you allow certain parts that they don't now it'll be cheaper, like a set of "H" beam rods for a 2.3 is only aprox $275 and the stock ones are more plus the "H" beam are stronger and lighter, let the cams go nuts you can get a 620 lift for them LOL then you piut it through a stock shorty header and 2 1/4 od pipe, as for the imports I really don't know but racers always want to go faster why not finally let them, the whole going as fast or faster then thunders would be stupid is isane people would just love the sound and the speed they wouldn't even care if they were faster then the thunders it's all in the quality of the racing that's what makes it exciting!! and the thunders are great to watch!! Think about it the NCTS cars would get destroied by an OSCAAR and the NCTS cars are $600 000 more to operate!! it's a different series of four cyl hell why not make them travel a bit I for 1 would love to go Kawartha with a "pro4" they would just cook it around there!!
