Sorry, it wasn't you I was referring to when I was talking about the "end of Sunset" etc. It was to whomever posted that originally

All I'm trying to do here is let you know the facts and no more. I've talked personally since my last post to the DEIFAN and there will be no more posts from him in regards to Sunset's future.....
The bottom line things are looking up for Glenn and that's great nothing in life is perfect and never will be!!

First of all in regards to Joe's comments about environmental issues behind the speedway on Shakell property, well it has been cleared of any issues the property is being looked at by developers and we are just waiting to hear the outcome.....

I didn't mean to cause grief, I was just relaying rumours that have been heard for quit some time, It's good to see that they aren't true, but selling commercial property is still a pain in the a**, due to soil samples and all the other crap that goes with it! I wish the Shakell's luck on selling this property, and if and when the deal closes, the same developer will be in hot pursuit of Sunset's property, since behind will likely become a subdivision???,and for the right price anything is for sell!!!! ( Not trying to start a rumour, but a developer with lots of dough can see prime land when they see it) Let's just hope Glenn Lloyd makes enough to pave the inside of Georgian Downs and make it a half miler like Kawartha???(LOL) Now that would be awesome!!!

I never thought I would see the day that me as a former driver, and you as a now former handicapper/scorer would be sitting in the stands watching the races, but this just goes to show that we are true diehard racefans. Pacman is addicting isn't it? Have a great summer and see you soon, and thanks for the congrats on the new baby- Kalei has been to Sunset,Sauble,Barrie, and Kawartha so far and she sleeps through all the races, and when she gets home we have to put racing on T.V. to keep her sleeping-LOL,
