You are correct Spencer Lewis Kimmerly did run a 4 cylinder with some success at Mosport . i believe Ryder had a 3.1 V6 this year which is why he never ran Kawartha at all but i am not positive about that. Hinds , Galbraith ,Coppins and Lepizzera/Scott were the class of the place all in V6s
i'm not disputing they were certainly the class of the field
but kimmerly was a solid top 5-er, pariseu/williams were perennial top 10-ers and as far as history goes, pete monig won the championship last year in a four cylinder
so a slight advantage may go to the V6s, it's hardly spitting in the wind, building a 4 cylinder
do the v6's in the 6 or less class have a weight penalty or any other disadvantages within the rules that can be allowed on a 4 cylinder?

im almost positive the 4 bangers get a rather lucritive weight break
well that would make some sense! only problem I have is that they should limit what 6 cylinders you can use so your not using the top 6 cylinder cars! instead it should be 3.0 or less! or something along those lines
