Well said Junior......... The old saying, put your money where your mouth is. If someone thinks they can do better, then grab a damn broom and help sweep.... I have done my share and know enough to stay off the cleanups back. Now as for cars being parked in any of the pits, there should only be one car drive into the pits with tools only for the crew. The rest must park in the parking lot. As late as last Saturday nite, there were at least five or six extra cars parked in the infield needlessly. You ought to know my feeling Junior. We have worked together for a long time.

but you can let them drive a racecar without a drivers licence...ok.
well stinger as far as I know to get your drivers licence you need to know to signal a turn, how far to stay back from garbage trucks, what different signs mean stuff like that. The only advantage of having a drivers license on raceday is to get to the track. I don't no what your problem is with 14,15,16 year olds but I obviously keep up and I'm the youngest one out there. age doesnt mean much in this sport.
hasn't there always been people in the infield @ sunset ??? SIV indeed Jr. although we have no control over how the place is kept, all we can do is our share IE putting all of our Saturday night trash in the garbage and Tires where they belong etc! but I do suggest that if you have a gripe 1989 that you take the time to go down and maybe sweep the track on your own volution, give to the comunity a bit it'll help out and make you feel great! as Jr. said you have some good points but let's just stop with the mindless banter and actually do something constructive with the energy!
i for one truly appreciate the track volunteers, i wouldn't do their thankless job for nothing. thanks to everybody at every track for running the show and doing your best to keep us safe!
