I agree with cheater. I mean she must have been thinking he may be cheating for awhile, it is a real shame that he cldnt enjoy his win...it is a huge deal to win the points...if it was done last weekend then i wld have no problem with it (or the second last weekend whenever that may be) It just kinda soils Billy's big night...

jmo, like i said, nothing against either driver..like em both....

OK I hear someone saying she is 3 or 4 years older then Billy. OK she is 17 or 18 and she should be more of an adult about it. That point is not valid as Billy is a kid and he can handle himself in a mature manner. Why Can't she?

I don't care what anyone says about her. I can see if it was one thing but she was also heard saying to wreck someone as well and then the tear down of the car.

Instead of her mom trying to defend her she should be telling her daughter to grow up and be happy where she finished. I know if my daughter was doing this I would be the first one to step in and say it is not right. Sorry but coming on here and replying and say it's in the rules doesn't make it the right thing to do.

That is not a racing attitude. A racer is one who does their best with what they have and respects other drivers they compete against and if you lose don't try to find ways to say I could have won but this guy may be illegal.

It is hard enough for females to get guts up to race in a male dominated sport and females have to earn the respect of the males. Not right but this is true. When you start doing this it just makes it harder for other females to come into the sport and be respected and be treated as an equal.

I hope I got the facts right in my comments. If not I apologize.

I guess someone that was friends with both and was the third person in the convo when desi said what she said. And i aint gunna lie it was a bad way of losing. They both did good and i give her credit for leading most of the season. Just my opinion if im aloud one.

just to add my 2 cents here in years gone by at BSW if i am not mistaken the top 5 in points were torn down heads and clutches had to come out thats how the tech dept got to know the specs for the mustangs because that was all that was in the points last couple of years alot of front wheel drives and imports have hit the track and tech hasn't kept up. now they are having a whale of a time to catch up. unfortuneately now because there are in most cases no vins left on the car. it will be hard to verify specs for these cars  it may be quite possible billy will lose his head because the tech took down the chassis vin which is different to vehicle vin he will not find specs for this car because engine code is 4th digit of vin not chassis vin the tech asked me for the specs to billys car i have the 89 on sunday lucky for me i have the info at my fingertips and found specs for the 90 and 91 of the same car and guess what??? they are the same in all dept that are required. i also helped the Melenhorst team take the head off and i can safely say that engine has never been apart even the plugs have been in there quite some time Billy's dad will the the specs for tomorrow as i talked with him tonight and everything he checked and measured on Ben's car is exactly as to what the spec is it cheap/dirty to teardown on championship night? i don't think so as it has been done before in the 4 cyl division it still is being done in the other divisions at the track but i should say there should be no protests allowed the last night of racing Desi should be proud of her accomplishments this year as should young Billy as well as a few other Drivers in the charger division most of you know who you are  i've read a post about the claim rule that can be used to get rid of a threat and thats about it,

Yes be proud of what you have done and don't taint it by this unnecessary stuff. Learn from this year and have a better next year.

Desi should be proud of her accomplishments this year as should young Billy
