Well it was a long hard battle and it is now over with a championship earned for the 48 team. First one for Dwayne, how many for Peter?
No can deny the strength of all those starts without a single DNF and the feature wins and results to match. On a track that visitors always find filled with ominous walls and not enough room you guys pretty much stayed out of trouble for an entire season.
Keith and our 19 team gave it a good run but couldn't make up for the opening night engine failure and the broken rad from the pile-on wreck. But no sour grapes here, the trophy is handed out for the best results over the whole season and no one night or incident can be singled out one way or the other.
Good job guys. You got us this year but we kept you on your toes at least 🙂
To everyone else, please try to keep this post positive, championships after all should be celebrated.

I too congradulate Dwayne and his team, great people, great year, and yes Mcleod kept it very interesting, he too had a great year coming back and he too had great people on his team, way to go guys you deserve to celebrate.
