There is a huge difference between Barrie and Cayuga, Barrie is a well kept  successful updated facility with a strong weekly car count and regular fans,(Cayuga no comment) . Anything new that happens at  Barrie is a real bonus. .

If this is true, it's big trouble!!  Think about it for a minute, it would go from being owned and operated by Brad and Steve, who are obviously very interested, and involved in racing, to a corporate ownership?  Does this not frighten anyone else?  Will the new 'investment group' be available to the drivers as readily as the current owners are?  Will they care about anything other than the almighty $?

If this thread is legitimate, I truly hope that this is a good move for the drivers and fans of BSW.  I'll keep my fingers crossed.

                                      or 2 no matter how hard racers try they get blamed for being biased, with investors there will be no bias opinions towards any racers, it takes alot of the politics out of track and I think thats good
                                          3 im sure that Brad and Steve are not going to sell to people who arent going to be good for the speedway because if im not mistaken steve still has a car that races there, and i dont think they want to see it go back.

This purchase if true is great for the Barrie area.I can see this facilty being the main track for the NCTS series.Remember Barrie is a built up area with a lot of possible new spectators where Cayuga is out in the middle of no where. Stand back and watch it will be interesting to see what happens to other tracks do they follow Barrie or fall by the way side.Could be a very interesting Winter
