broadway it is nice that they mentioned the fans and racers in there press release.  I think it is good if non racing types buy it and then there cannot be any politics from the owners. I wonder who the investment group is??? Anyone have any ideas.

Its the truth, and l cannot understand why Moran would deny it, St. Onge has a lot more class "no comment" means its sold but we are waiting for a press release or similar. It is for real and we are very fortunate that the new group has purchased the track. The next few days will show us if Moran is telling the truth and my money says l already now the answer to that ??.I wish the new owners the best of luck a new broom sweeps clean and  l believe its going to keep things moving to a higher level and l appreciate them mentioning the loyalty of the fans.

+1

I think the new group could include mebers of the old Barrie colts ownership group?? I know they were looking into buying the barrie baycats...

I figured it out,Brad is so used to  denying everything and saying "l didn't see it" at the track and in drivers meetings that he forgot that he had sold his part in the speedway maybe he had a memory lapse or simply  "didn't see it "when he signed the sales contract. I will make sure l ask him in the drivers meeting on Saturday. The workers at the track told me the investors are from Toronto, Barrie And Orillia and are great people. Plus l am sure the Speedway would be a far better investment than the Baycats.

Oh it absolutely would...but I was just syaing i know of onbe group trying to buy things..so i just put that out there...lol...hopefully they can make this track awesome. I dont think we can make it big enough to ever run a NASCAR race on, but it can be THE PREMIERE facility in Canada.
