when challengers first started at flamboro and i believe they were the first track to have them they were 112 inch wheelbase, 2 barrel rochester, 3 speed autos, no glides, completely stock suspension links, just cutting or interchanging springs, stock type street shocks, street tires, i used Canadian Tire A/W's and even returned 3 under warranty...i would suggest no stangs, camaros or f/birds....

Im not a huge fan of the pony cars either, but i know of a few guys west of barrie that race them. there was a couple down at sunset, and im sure theres a few 4 cyl guys that would jump at the chance to get another 100 hp under their foot with mustangs.
Just trying to think of things to help out the car counts.

Sounds alot like mosports sportsman class, they run both types of car together. JBJ finished second in points by only a hand full of points to the car that Dwight Brown drove to mosports LM championship a couple of years ago. He did it in a metric with stock 4 link without even load bolts back there ( that car is for sale by the way). Both types can run together my old Pontiac ran a few nights door to door there with an old strait rail super late that's been converted. It's all in the weights and some give and take, it can work. Do I think it's a good idea? I'm not sure but I still think splitting the class up and starting another is a bad idea. 

And Thayne, you have only been racin 7 cars anyways, the rest are roadblocks  😮

12,3,9,24,14,99,and 10-if its not ray driving lol.  Oh wait your one of those cars, make it 6  🙂
