What make and model of car makes the best mini-stock under the current Barrie Speedway rules?
What would be the best make and model of car if the rules allowed 16V (assume same rules as Sunset)?

If the gearing of either the SOHC or DOHC tranny will work for your track, I will say a 95-99 Dodge neon would be a car of choice.
Stock 130 hp, 130 ftlbs torque, 2.0. Use the SOHC motor and mix/match tranny depending on what ratios you need. Although you'd probably want to use SOHC tranny in 2nd gear for sunset or barrie and DOHC in 3rd gear at Kawartha, peterborough or CCS.
They seem to be the fastest cars at CCS as I'd say 7 of the top 10 are neons...and some outside of top 10 are as fast as the non-neons but have missed races throughout the year.
