Barrie's Year End Thunder Race........... Finally we have word!!!

Well just checked the website looking for my report and was delighted to find some sort of guideline for the year end Thunder race. That was really a pleasant suprise, and comes just in the nick of time before I was ready to give up hope for this event!! The format is a bit confusing to me, had to read it twice before I got the gist of it!!LOL But I'm a bit slow so thats not a suprise!!!LOL It appears the total purse is now in the 13 000 dollar range with a few additional awards yet to be announced!! Camping will also be available at Burl's or the Speedway itself, so that is good to see!! I hope its Burl's personally, as we might be able to have a drink there without HAWAII FIVE 0 patrolling around!!!LOL Also a special rate of 89 dollars per night at Horseshoe Resort is available for those that might not want to camp!! Kudos for ownership putting this one together as 89 bucks for a night at Horseshoe is very reasonable!! Just thought I'd post this here for anyone who hasnt seen the website yet!!! See SMOKIN JOE 00 told you I can be a pain in the ass until things get done!!LOL Now just post my race report from Aug 16 and I would be totally content, as well as fixing the LLM stats that are totally out of whack right now!!! If this isnt done soon while it was Rama Moccasin and Smoke night last week the fans and crews at Barrie might be treated to watching me go Indian on someone's a**. From the cheap seats you know the insignia!!!LOL

Well I personally will be suprised if theres not 50-60 Thunders in attendance myself!!! Heck Barrie's got over 30 that have ran at various times in the season. I think 25 Barrie guys show for sure and maybe a couple more. And 25 visiting cars is quite realistic!! Heck I could of think of ten solid visiting cars that should be there for sure.
