Joe Millar and some so called investors ran the track,they leased it from Burls Creek,it ran on Sundays and went under in a sea of debt and bounced drivers checks.Think Morrow was the king in the Challengers that year. They cancelled the late models to save money half way through the year.It was closed in 1998.
