Last I heard, Ken still has the keys for the place. I know it's just a matter of crossing t's and dotting i's but I'm just sayin.........

It's not official until everything is signed and official, and deals fall apart at the last minute all the time.

Yeah look how long the osewego speedway deal took and it was supposedly done in sept. It was spring before paperwork was complete and surprises were dealt with

I was told by Ken himself that the Nuhns are the new owners.

My prediction is we will hear something on this on or just after Dec.15th unofficial closing date .
