I was talking to Kent and they are interested in the class running at the track. He asked if we could have a meeting in the next couple of weeks just as an introduction and find out if it was something people might be interested in. It would be nice to see the class back home where it started. (Please no history lessons, I lived through it.) We are trying let people know and this seems to get a fairly wide audience. So if you have run them before or just want find out what it is like to drive a rocket let us know if your interested. I would like to thank the Nuhn family for keeping the track going. I know they already have lot of time and money invested and it is good to hear how excited they are. I would thank Ken and Joan for all the updates that they did while they were here. The pit pads the tracks surface and the new walls were appreciated.
didnt varney already have mod , also with the new oscaar outlaw modified the track should try to get them
Hopefully Varney and its Organizers will jump on board with the Outlaw Mods. It would be a great way for Varney to run these cars on off dates that they are not running with the tour. As deleware no longer runs mods and as I hear Mosport isnt co-operating. So If Varney could get on the same page with these guys (OSCAAR) it might just be a great opportunity to have the premier Modified division in Ontario use Varney as its home track. Not to mention that other doors could open working with OSCAAR in bringing some Super Late Model shows there. This could be a Great Opportunity !
