"Qualifying this afternoon wasn't too bad. We made some adjustments to the car overnight. It actually responded, the car was much better than where I qualified it. I probably underestimated the grip level when we first went out, hence we ended up starting 11th. We went into the race with a lot of confidence. Unfortunately the car speed wasn't there, but I think we also had an issue with our fuel rig. We had some fights at the end and managed to finish 12th. For us, it was a disappointing day, but all in all, we'll take something out of it and make sure the car's better for tomorrow. What we need to do is get better tyre life. When the tyre is a good tyre, we have too much understeer and as we go along we sort of hurt the rear too much. There is a change in balance over the course of the runs, which we need to look at, but of course we've got data from today to have a good look through before we head into qualifying tomorrow."
