just a question: why did the 03 & 17 cars get their spots back when they spun from the #11 cars oil, wouldn't they be "involved cars"?

Both cars spun after the moment of caution so therefore they weren't deemed not involved.

[/quo watch and you'll see the yellow comes out as both cars spin which would deem them involved cars .
