I see its a week off for Thunder. Was going to use that as my backup plan if Mosport gets cancelled as they always do with the threat of rain..

Some invitational on somewhere or something?

From what I been hearing Herb Walters might be coming to give Barrie a try this Sat. This would be awesome to see, as Herb has always run very well at the High Line. In 2005 he finished top 15 in points after only running a little more than half a season with 1 feature win to his credit, also he was top qualifier that year in the May TWO TIME RECYCLING invitational that year. In 2006 Happy Herb finished 5th in points in "Bertha" so I think that its indeed a possibility especially now that he's in a lighter/better car. Cmon Herb come up and run with your former mates!!! I think that would be awesome to see and even while he will start shotgun on the field I'm pencilling Herb in for a top 10 if he indeed runs!!

WEll if any of you guys a considering running Sat night, Mosport is only gettting about 5 or 6 in the Thunder. Its one of the better paying tracks and with the low numbers you'll be in decent money regardless. Top of my head its like $150 for 6th, 5th $175, roughly 20 buck a spot more than Kawartha... Don't quote me on those numbers... $20 to get in back gates, and $20/car to enter.

Great to be on the track at Kawartha last Sunday with Beatty, Slaughter and Lehman. Would look forward to racing any of you that made the trip, and it would help out Mosport alot I'm sure. Same rules as Sunset, so you don't have to worry about the 2-bbl and gear change like you would for Barrie...

If you are worried about the weather, call Brian (705) 879-2500, he ussally makes the call before 11 am..
