I think a non points track would be awesome....i wld go alot knowing i am not getting in the way of their normal points...

A slowed down race does nothing for me . I'm not always 100% serious if you haven't noticed by now . 🙂 Lighten up everyone .....I've been around quick cars for more years than most who post on this site.

Rain tires do not work on oval cars. We all run setups with camber, caster and stagger that alone apply more force to the track in a stright line, than raintires would give you traction. It wouldn't be changing the tires, it would be changing the complete setup. You will never get a welded rearend to turn on wet also. Nice idea, but not practical.
Before you say road racers do it, they run a nutural setup since they are turning left and right. Also formula cars have enough downforce to run upside down, we have about zero...
I have run an endro race in the rain, with all seasons, and a nutral almost stock setup. It was a wreckfest that had to be stopped. The line between making the corner and spining out was so thin, that it was almost impossible to correct anything...
