Went to sunset tonight to watch 2 late model features as they were making up the one from the previous weeks rainout. Couldn't wait, knowing very well that Stompin Tom would be running tonight. One of the only reasons that i go to sunset each sat. night is to watch one of the all time great runners of the short track circuit throughout ontario and he didn't disappoint ,as he completely dominated both feature races. The second feature he had the last place starting position and threaded his way through the Field including chris morrow[who was running extremely good all night] ,jason witty[who is by far the most improved driver this year,he has become very hard to beat] ,ron quenelle[very fast all night] , rob poole [who has also been running real fast as of late]and keith maitio #6 who continues to impress every week. All in all an extremely wonderfull night for racing as the weather could not have been better. Once again, an unbelievable ending to an exceptional evening. Looking forward to next weeks racing especially Stompin Tom.

Tommy did put on one heck of a show tonight and won both features as he promised earlier in the evening. My favourite part of the night was when Chris Morrow and Tommy raced side by side lap after lap as the crowd was on their feet and cheering . The #19 car of Jason Witty I find very impressive also , this guy can drive the wheels off that car all night long . As I watched the crowd , I had to smile realizing why I've come to stock car racing for close to 3 decades. It's awesome !

I definately it'll be Tom winning the championship.

Out of curiousity, who won the other features?
