Well  that was definatley an interesting night @ Sunset now wasn't it didn't get to see much of the supers but man oh man are the Thunders really making me look like a smart man!!!  fillin' the seats and turning heads!  although there was a few small boneheads pulled off nothing too severe and strangly enough no paybacks, this is the entertainment I like alittle bumpin' a little grindin' plain straight out door handle to door handle action what a show from the drop of the green in the first heat!! The "Straight Shooter" and Kristi Wolfe put on a great display in one heat and all the usual suspects came with the "A" game in hand.  Come feature time the question was can Walters deliever, can he actually get to victory lane, can he live up to the predictions?????  the answer came crystal clear and early,  Walters was there for one thing and one thing only!!  Following the second place points sitter Adams for a few laps and then disastor strook yet again for the seeminly unlucky Adams!  with the altercation landing Adams at the back and by this time the "Rockstar" Skyler had broke a rear end I believe leaving Walters to battle with the "Straight Shooter" with Walters only one car ahead the 2 carried a torrid pace using all the equipment they had to reel in the long gone Stan Coe.  Slaughter did look to the inside a few times off of 2 but began to settle in behind Walters as they made their way through lapped traffic and there he was Stan Coe now withing striking distance, as Walters aplied pressure Coe began to drift up allowing not only Walters but Slaughter to slip to the inside and have a race of their own,  with 6 laps left Slaughter seemed to have maybe overheated the tires a touch and settled into the second place slot as Walters much to the delight of himself and his crew reigned victorious for the first time this season!!  in a show os great sportsmanship  the "Straight Shooter"  pulled up on the back stretch and gave Walters a donut as Walters pointed to his door!! was nice to see such a great show of racing and sportsmanship from a class that isn't really know for it's friendliness but more it's rivalries!!  I know I know not much tough stuff this week but it was just a really enjoyable event!! maybe next week LOL
