I could have swore that the video was posted earlier this morning by Danka. Does anyone know if it was posted and if it was removed why and for what reasons and by who or for who,just curious as i could have sworn i saw it but didn"t view it at the immediate time,was going to watch it after having a shower.
It was posted then removed, I'm sure Danka does not want to be the judge and jury, also I was told earlier the police were reviewing the video but that now seems to be an unsubstantiated rumor.
There is a reason the video has not been posted,poor old Danka has been dragged into it and we may never see the video I understand the police are reviewing it with regard to pending charges.

I had a fantastic evening Saturday night not being anywhere near a race track. I have graduated from Elementary Drama.
I would not be surprised at all if Sunset Speedway is closed next year by some government entity. Blame yourselves people. Whether Baker intended to injure Tom (which I'm quite sure he didn't, he isn't a monster) having the police involved will create nothing good for anyone. Local short track racing is dying if all of you people haven't noticed. Going on the internet and saying this and that will not help Tom, racing or anything really. In fact the track (read officials) may come off the worst because they allowed the situation to fester and continue. I'm sure questions will be asked of them if the police are involved.
Yes Tom got hurt and it's quite possible when you drive race cars. This has been said before. I like Tom but I also do not have to race against him. He has wrecked a lot of people over the years truth be told. It is never a good thing when someone is injured participating in the sport they have passion for.
I'm not even going to get into what I think of Baker or Walters, I know them both personally. It really doesn't matter does it? I have personally been threatened, people in racing didn't like me because of my associates or that teams I worked with won a lot, I got hammered on my back bumper A LOT when I didn't have the equipment, and I made some good friends. All of this was part of RACING. If you race or are on a race team you would understand it. You gotta let some stuff go sometimes. I think this is one of those deals where something wasn't dealt with properly, was allowed to fester, an action was taken with unfortunate consequnces. That's it. Suspend, ban, tell someone don't come back or whatever but I don't believe there is any criminal intent here. That's my personal opinion. I will tell you it is hard to have fun when there are a bunch of cops and rent a cops hanging around all the time - ask anyone from BSW who suffered those years.
So when you see the "Closed" sign on the gate when you arrive next spring take pride knowing that all of you helped kill racing in Simcoe County.
I don't post much here anymore and the whole DRAMA FESTIVAL is why...
I never saw it posted. I would have liked too seen it.
On another note:
The site has been going crazy since last night. There has been over 12 new members, 119 members online at one time, over 2652 views to the message and 100 replies. The traffic today so far is 2 1/2 times more then a regular day on CRO.
Too bad all this is because of a race incedent that hurt someone.

Not saying this is not true but who told you this? The police are getting involved in it?
I guess they are considering a car can be used as a weapon.
For this reason you never post on a board or on the net what you intend to do to someone. Even as a joke they can use this against you.
I'm not a huge fan of the web as what you say or post lasts for ever. The old days the boards deleted a post and it was gone. Once it reaches cyberspace it seem to stay on their.
It seems the police are getting involved in all sports now and I think the reason for this is leagues or tracks not taking action on things. 10 or more years ago you would never hear the police being involved in sports incidents.

Players have been arrested for on ice incidents long before the last 10 years. Anyone remember this?
