Well ,  I have gone through all the comments on this subject,    my thought is ....What the heck is going on here !!!!
      There is not A  Million $ on the line !!   I have raced , and tempers do flare ,   but my understanding was .....   You race because ur having fun !!!!!!    when the fun STOPS   u get out   ( I did ).......
       I have my fav drivers ...but always see the whole picture.......  

     Wishing Tom a speedy recovery .......(  and I'm not a walters fan )
     As for Dwayne ....  was not there so can't comment on what happened .      

We raced Dwayne at Toledo this year and got into him a bit as he was having issues. We ran a couple of laps side by side with him and he could have easily wrecked which he didn't. He doesn't seem like a bad racer to me. As for Tom I can't remember if I've seen him race. I can only draw my conclusions from actually seeing what happened. I mean I've seen wrecks and you hear two different stories from two different ends of the track. So where's the video?

as for the payback it was well overdue as tom not only wrecked bakers car that night a couple weeks ago but if u do recall baker was the points leader at that time and tommy was not black flagged for that

That was nothing more than a racing accident. There was NO evidence on the video or anywhere else that Tom did that deliberately. Toms car was also wrecked that night. Baker still had a chance for the championship at that point, but he chose to wreck Tom under caution which got him suspended. So lets get this strait. Baker cost Baker the championship NO ONE else. Baker also tried to wreck Tom last week and with this weeks incedent, that is three paybacks for one racing accident. Unless I knew otherwise, it would seem that Baker was not going to stop until Tom got hurt.

There is a reason the video has not been posted,poor old Danka has been dragged into it and we may never see the video I understand the police are reviewing it with regard to pending charges.
