Just for the record, it's not slander if the statements are true, because then you are just simply telling the truth in a open discussion. If Steve "made up" the statements in-order to make Wes look bad, then yes it would be slander. Steve was merely stating an inconsistency in Mickey's post.

if Steve can prove that the statements are indeed correct then it is not slander at all. The unfortunate thing is that if this Wes guy doesn't want you on the racing property he doesn't need a reason. That is the sad part. I don't know what is going on with the situation but I thought I would throw my legal knowledge out there as I am a paralegal or will be a licensed paralegal in the winter!

and that is the user that was just banned. I don't have time for members like this. They reported about 8 messages, started in on members including me with threats and that was the main purpose of being here. We don't need ya and if I see your ip in my hosting log I will report it to you provider that you are trying to hack our system and that is not a threat.
