Lets face it sunset is the place to be for next year. thundercars is the name of the cars when they were junkers! this division was always called street stock and when you tell a guy from the US you run thunders, he thinks you mean the roadsters. good call marko. i can't wait to race with the best this year and i also look forward to supporting sunset speedway and making it bigger than ever.

Whatever happened with the dyno testing of the built engine vs the crate engine?? ??? ??? ???

All the testing has been completed and will have info at rules meeting on Dec 13th

Hope the name change goes thru. When I think thunder cars I think a step above endurance cars.I know that is not the case as the thunder cars are way above endurance cars, not to upset the enduro racers. When Delaware renamed us Super Stock it seemed the whole division took more pride in the class. Mark, please pm me with more info on your thunder/super stock class. As a Delaware car we would be interested in towing to Sunset with all the changes happening to the track on the odd sat. night if we would not have to change our car too much to compete. I gather weight penilties might have to be involved but we would be interested in making the trip as I'm sure others from our division might be so inclined. Not to take any points postions away from your regular competitors but just to try another track. Thanks. Matt Lake.
