lots of chatter about tech (or lack) at Sunset lately

heard about Saturday at Flamboro, (which has many issues of it's own...),
the Minin winners had to remove the manifolds to check for port/polish/alterations and the thunder winner had to remove and weigh his clutch (dq is the story).
question is, has there ever been a mini have to un-bolt anyting here? and what tech is ever done on thunders.
apparently tech is possible as evidenced by other tracks

Lots of teching at sunset sat. night. Seen the 72 superstock of russnell being pushed onto his trailer after tech, checked his rear end or something like that, also seen the late models 47 included pulling something out from under the car, maybe clutch or something in the rear end. Seems they, the tech guys, are really getting on the ball nowadays. Keep it up guys 100%.

Mike Bentley and Kevin Cornelious also had flywheels weighed.  Zardo took their diff apart as well.
Talking to a Delaware senior Tech official on Wednesday, they plan on having a Crate program in place that does not allow taking the engine apart (same as Flamboro (604).  They will phase out altered Crates by 2013.  Car count is increasing at Delaware for the Late Models and for the most part their shows are competitive.
