Sorry;; As far as I am concerned, when will they bring back capital punishment.  Back in the days when it was in power, our problems were a lot less.  I would like to see in reinstated, along with if you kill people while impaired you have committed 2nd degree murder. Maybe people would wake up.!!
  You know full well when sober what the outcome of a lot of accidents has an impaired driver behind the wheel that gets away hurt.  Look at that idiot who killed a father, his 16 year old daughter and the mother who was not exspected to make it. A drunk punk going the wrong way off a cloverleaf and hit head on.
