I have to add my 2 cents too.. It was a great night of racing. I didn't see too many glitches other than getting the line up for us 4 cylinders for the feature.. now before you think I am being petty... I usually get myself something to eat after my 2 heats are out of the way but noticed our feature was coming right up so thought I would eat after feature and sit down like a race fan and watch the rest of the nite. When we got pushed back I thought no point in eating yet, then pushed back again and thought well at least get some world famous Sunset french fries but they were sold out!!! Yeah I missed racing for a month cuz of rain but I also missed the french fries!!!

Was great to see the turnout from both the fans and the drivers and was happy to see the evenings events looked profession to all our visitors. Too bad about the events in the 4 fun division. That just sheds a dark light on them. I really hope whoever was involved is OK.

Wes , this is why Daisy Girl is right about running the Frosty Special ( but with all classes ) . Racers have missed enough race nights due to rain this season . Why should Sunset be the track with no large year end show that attracts the caliber of drivers we saw last night ?  The input your receiving from drivers and fans on this website alone is a marketing tool you can't put a price tag on . I miss the days of the old late model clashes between the best drivers from all Ontario tracks . There's endless talent out there and I'm sure we'd all enjoy having it return to the hill at Sunset Speedway . Think about how it would fill the pits , the stands and food booth lines . Could I also suggest contacting a food distributor and making some kind of deal on last minute delivery of food , just in case you come close to running out ? Take note of your positive feedback and helpfull hints we're all giving you . I had fun watching all the classes last night , great show...Thanks

last night was a great night of racing for us since we quit barrie. we havent that much fun all year. dad finished 3rd in both his heats started 2nd in the 50 lapper and drove on a flat for 10 laps lol it was a lot of fun and also he still managed a top 20 somehow. but thanx sunset for bringing back the fun of racing. congrats to all the winners last night u all deserved it. im sure we will be bac if there is a frosty which i really hope there is this year.

Your Dad must be a really great driver or Crazy I saw that tire go on lap 3 and how he managed to drive another 7 laps and keep that car under control is a testament to that. Excellent Job I was hoping that someone else would cause a yellow so he could get down and back and not lose any ground but alas that wasn't meant to be.
