I say keep it as its interesting to see straight up, who's the quickest and how the drivers rank instead of wondering based upon how they race on track and get through the field. I will agree that the issues with it need to be fixed, but some hiccups are expected for a first night with it.

I like the idea of keeping the night moving and occasional time trials are a good way to do that.

But on a night like last the entertaining Street Stocks heats were really missed.

I would much prefer a heat, consi, dash format with the cars split into 1st and 2nd heats by percentage. Just not a big fan of the double heats deal.

Good night of racing otherwise. That Cornelius 17 is bad fast. Good job for Baker in 2nd but he was a straight behind. Maltese and Bentley made the Street Stocks way more exciting than it was looking before the 28 finally sealed the deal. White walls in the 4 cyl victory lane .... almost too cool for school.

I figure I'll just post this here...but the weather is looking favourable for racing at Sunset tonight....I just looked at the NAM and it is showing Thunderstorms to the north and South but Barrie/Innisfil looks to be escaping all precip. the GFS paints a nicer picture....with very little precip in the area,,,,should be goood to go tonight.
