everybody check out the results and points and look to see if you were screwed.
i was scored behind the 10 in the feature. I passed the 10 on the second last lap maybe the last lap.
After the checkered on the cool down lap I was passed by the 10 and he was scored in front of me.
just so happens I am 2 points behind the 10 in the standings.....
i called glenn this morning and left him a message asking him to make a change.
i am bringing the scoring up at the drivers meeting i would urge all drivers to ask what is being done to correct all of the problems with scoring. this is a joke people.
when someone a lap down is scored 3rd......there needs to be a shake up or a change. this has happened this year for a fact.
if the scoring hasn't been corrected by saturday i will turn my car around in the feature when the green is thrown and drive backwards around the track in protest and make a joke of the race like they have made a joke of the scoring and the season. it won't be in the race report though that's too much reporting!!!
they will have to set up a roadblock and/or call the cops to get me off the track it'll be a sh*t show i promise and spencer you can tell everyone what i'm doing and why...
this is the worst year at sunset ever and if barrie goes to 16valves next year bye bye sunset!

i heard that the field beside the pits was slated for development of subdivisions and that eventually sunset will be sold to developers i don't know if this is true but based on the way things are going it would be no surprise to me as there has been no improvements to the track and there were no announcements of upcoming projects to upgrade the sh*ttiness of the place.....
i feel sorry for the people who don't have the internet to check the results (not that it made a difference before because they weren't posted) and are being shafted out of money, points, and positions and doing their best to represent their sponsors as professionally as possible when the track can't perform the basic tasks of running an event......
why compete for a championship when the track can't keep track and the points aren't right?

I can tell you that the fields directly behind Sunset, have not been bought by developers, as my family owns it. There is so much junk back there from my great grandfather it would cost too much money to clean up the soil etc. It would never pass.
Prehaps on the other side though. But we've been hearing these rumours for years.
As for the scoring, I can tell you Wes knows there is a problem, because he's been trying to get my Mom who use to do the scoring for years back to the track. It's just a lot for her to commit every week. I do understand though there is a huge problem. My suggestion, have your crew keep track off the fast cars finishes.. that's what I'm doing for the Burrows.. and I'm doing my own points. You can never be to careful!!! I hope we see some changes soon.. if not I can't wait to see the 4 cyl feature this week! 🙂 Good luck!
Just maybe Wes ought to get rid of the scores in the tower all together and use cameras to get the real story. Like Amanda said there was never ever anything going on when her mom did it, like there is going on with favorites now. And if she did make a mistake, she had guts enough to admit to it. As for the property to the west of the track it can not be sold with out a lot of clean up. The property to the North, behind the pits is for sale and Wes should look into buying it and making a dirt track and extending the pit and parking.
I think maybe they shld lk towards electronic timing???? it is a but expensive for the transponders but there is never any disputes and u know it's right!
What's going on with favourites? Have I missed something? Cause that statement doesn't make sense. And as for going backwards and that, great way to put your fellow drivers at risk but at the same time you probly wouldn't have to worry about the points being wrong anymore.
