I was also wondering the same thing.......does anyone here know the answer to why the 47 got his spot back????
Very good way to finish off the season at Sunset, excellent car counts as previously mentioned and the super lates put on an excellent show once they got the ball rolling, would have been great to see Wilson and Hanley race it out but thats just the way it goes sometimes. Excellent job done by all thanks for a great season can't wait for Fall Colors!
It sure was a great show that is for sure!!! Well worth the drive to Sunset even though it rained continuosly almost to the track from where we drove from.Just a great bunch of racing put on by a great bunch of drivers and kudos to Mark and the staff of Sunset for an awesome show!!
" WHY DO YOU THINK HE GOT HIS SPOT BACK" The starter had favoritism. Walter " RULES SUNSET !! " Hopefully they get a better starter for next season who can see what is going on on the track and keep his big mouth shut towards other staff members. He dose not know how to use what is called the chain of command. If he has a problem he should go to the promoter or, the manager and let team deal with it. But because he is related he thinks he can boss everyone. As for his assistant, well he needs to learn to pick up the rear of the race cars and let the official starter watch the top runners. This year, I saw ten time that they were both watching the front group, will crap was going on in the back half the group.
When they restarted the race it was on lap 56. THen the caution came out. You go back a lap to the last completed lap which was lap 56 if u paid attention to the scoreboard. So the leader on lap 56 was the 47. the head starter doesnt have favoutisim for the 47. so u need to put that to rest right now and get over it.
