Junior- I just want to say you are no better than anyone else on CRO whining and complaining. Your here doing the same thing by spreading the rumour again about the light going out.It is just that....a rumour!!!! As for asking the drivers to run for half??? It was a option they threw by the drivers to vote on for running some Sunday make up races. Yes these men are successful business men too and are there to make money.
I think its great all the improvements happeing at Sunset. They were definately needed and I hope they succeed.
Thunder 6- You say Sunset ran WAY more shows this year. They ran 2 more shows!!

Not a rumour, heard it right from Mr.P's mouth at the wild wing car show in June as I was standing beside Dilley while Jim said...."Hey, Im a business man, Im in it to make money, I dont care about the drivers, if the lights go off....then so be it!" Dilley...."So your telling me that your drivers, who some have their whole lives in these cars, and for us its a guy like walters who has his whole life in his car(s), and you dont care about them?" Mr.P...."Nope".....Dilley...."So a guy like me who races for his living, and you dont care?" Mr.P...."Nope, Im in it to make $$$ Mark, i dont care about the drivers and if the lights happen to go off because nobody is in the stands, then thats what has to happen!" Dilley....."well, you just keep that attitude up, and we, at Sunset will welcome every driver you force out of that place, with open arms"
Heard it with my own 2 ears, my jaw on the ground. I couldnt beleive what I heard and even Mark was in shock, which doesnt happen often.
I know it was an option they threw at the drivers, hence, they asked them if they would? how did that confuse you?
As for being better than anybody about whining and complaining on CRO....not once have I said that I am better than any one for anything. If I know something, or have a question, then I post so if thats reffered to as whining or complaining? then so be it, Im a whiner and a complainer

"Don't question the decision because they have spent a lot of money on the track and they didn't want to run a show for the fans and the drivers at a loss"
