And just think the field will get even better this weekend when its a points race. Just think of how many cars were missing saturday. You will have i think an extra 10-20 this weekend. Everyone just putting the finishing touches on the cars that werent ready this past weekend. It was a great night and gonna be an awesome year
The Thunderdome
Not a bad nickname..... I think we should be calling the front stretch the "canyon" or something, there isn't a ton of room between the walls as there is around the rest of the track.
I was super impressed, everything was actually better then I expected, my only complaint would be the food prices seem a bit steep, but there about on par with other tracks...so to me that's an issue bigger then just Sunset. But the service was very quick...faster then a lot of places that's for sure.
It's been years sense I'v followed 1 track, last 3-4 years I'v been around all over.... I still plan to vist many tracks this summer, but my schedule will be very "Sunset Heavy" ...and it's been a wile sense one track has interested me enough to attend there almost every weekend. kudos to all the staff & drivers at Sunset.... looking forward to a great summer there!!
