Thanx for the info Mark and congratulations again on what you and your team have accomplished with Sunset. The lighting seems to be very good from a spectators point of view anyways and it looks like it would be a lot better through the windshield than it used to be also. Have you got RSVPs from many teams for your NCaTS test days?
BTW I'm not calling the series "Crappy" I am a big fan of the series. Just got used to calling Canadian Tire "Crappy Tire" years ago and can't shake it 😉
Yes Canadian Tire the store = Crappy Tire at least the one by my place but NCATS the series is good. I know what you mean Ernie. I also call it Crappy Tire and it does have that name for a reason. Crappy Tire Fun Fact, Did you know that CT owns the domain name crappytire.com? Well they do. makes you go hmmmm.
OK I just watched the LLM feature vid on the CRO main page. What an awesome show, thriller of a finish, and a spiffy, spiffy new track. Congrats to everyone that made it happen.

Go to the Sunset Speedway HOF thread Trevor. There are many pictures there from when the track was 1/4 mile and then 1/3 mile from the 70's on. Statsman's site has LOTS of pictures also. The big thing I remember from going to Sunset in the seventies was picking sand out of my eyes for a few days after going to the races LOL! No matter how hard you washed you couldn't get Sunset Speedway out of your pours for a couple days! It was great ;D
