Just curious, does anyone know how Walters went from 1st to 5th on the restart?

Just curious, does anyone know how Walters went from 1st to 5th on the restart?
He was deemed an involved car for bringing out a caution. Even though it happened while in the process of trying to put a car down a lap. He had to go to the back of the lead lap in front of any car that he had previously put a lap down.

Congrats to Kevin on the win.Sure hope #11 Morrow and #7 of Tony T. are both ok after that ugly crash.
