The top 10 i don't know but I know the top 3 believe or not the finish after all the races are done in ' 08 is Dave Burrows and Joe Ireton tied for first and 1 point behind them Ken Britt I do not remember a points race with 3 drivers separated by 1 point incredible.
This is the first I heard anything about the 4Cyl. results and I very surprised that Burrows is ahead of Britt. On Sept. 6th, (last set of points to be posted) Britt and Burrow points matched Deb's.
Sept. 13th points Burrow up two on Britt. (Feature ran on Sept.20, could not confirm points).
Sept. 20 Britt up four on Burrows.How did Burrows end up tied for first? If race finishes and points were posted on the website I could check myself but lack of the availability of data, this is the only place to find out.
Anyone know, I would like to know.

Very Good Point Sally!!!!! Trying to follow this is getting ridiculous its not only the drivers or their crew who follow the points its also there FANS. Most fans do not go into the pits or let alone the tech shed but sit in the stands to watch there favourite drivers race, and they do go on the website to see the points. I remember seeing that Ireton was 62 points behind the 1st and 2nd place just recently on the website. So how did Ireton pass Britt and tie for first with Burrows. would like to see them put the point standings here also just like whoever put it up for Walters and Morrow.
If in fact that Burrows and Ireton are the 4 cyl. Champs are they going to get jackets that says 4 cyl. half Champ for the 2008 Season ??? ;D

On the last night of racing that was attended, Joe ended up winning both his heats and the feature for that night, which equals too whatever amount of points that it does. That night we also had the double features, but I don't remember where Joe or anybody else finished. In addition, I also have no idea where Ken or Dave finished in their heats/feature(s) for that night. It's been way too long since racing ended and I am starting to forget :'( Hope that kinda bring something into light there.
I have nothing against Sunset but I will never attend there as for what I saw from track owners and employees have done on here.
Also this is not the first time I have said that I will note attend a track as I did that with Cayuga many years ago for the way the press was treated at the NASCAR shootout event. I was also invited back to the track and saw a big improvements and was treated like they cared about what I had to say about their facility
I have said many times before I went to Sunset many many years ago and saw some great racing and the owners made sure the racing was exciting for the fans.
I have taken a lot of heat from WES and track employees and they said I have treated them unfairly from others on here. This is not he case and I told WES it was not a good move to come on here and leave messages but he didn't ignored what I had to say and sending people to fight on your behalf was also not good. Others on here have been warned and have had COC edits on their messages/accounts. I don't have any favorites on here and members on here are friends on the site only. I don't hang out with members here that I would put myself in that position.
As a business owner you learn from what is said and make improvements and not battle on the forums as this only makes you and your track look bad no matter if you are right or wrong.
What people want to hear is we are working on fixing these issues as then they are happy. I'm not telling you how to run your track as I have many thing to do on here.
I just hope this year something was learned and improvements will be seen for the 2009 season as there is no use to continue on with what has happened as the 2008 season is over and everyones focus should be for the 2009 season. I know I'm already working on new things to introduce for the 2009 season for here.
