Speaking to some veteran racers at the track tonight during the rain delay there was a discussion about the points fund , how much it was or if there would even be one .
Has anyone seen the point fund or knows what the pay out is ?
This sounds like something that would and should come up at the drivers meeting . Better yet , just ask Wes in person . I'm sure during the purchase of the track , the year end purses would have been an issue landing on the table during the deal . If I was a driver and in the points , I would have asked this question by now . Try even sending him a private message , it seems he will most likely respond . I read a recent posting by Wes about rumours and he seemed rather upset . I hope I don't start reading by other posters that I wear an I love Wes hat .....lol I am a race fan and I sit back each week and watch how the racetrack progresses . I see an owner and a businessman , that is trying to make money on his investment . If he's not listening to us here , then why did he post what days we'd like races to be held weekly ? Give the guy a chance and lets all hope for the best future of racing at Sunset year after year .
I thought someone here might know the answer or better yet have a copy of the points pay outs , if not maybe Wes will post them
But like Jackman2007, this is something that should be discussed between the drivers and track staff - not the entire world 😉
ours is wide open...it isn;t somehting private like u think it shld, but it shldnt be brought up here...give him a chance to respond privately first....
