But how does tech "seal" the motor. Put their own bolts in or what. It just seems a lot easier and less bs for them to pull it and send them home without it. Give them another STOCK crate.

I'm currious. Where is the fairest place in ontario for a late model to run... They can show up expect things to be run well and all cars teched the same.

If there is one, why do other tracks not jump on board with a unified program.

That's what a lot of people have said. Why dont all the tracks make the same rulebook. LLm vs LM is stupid. Just have every track run as one or the other. That way we dont have this one car show

Tech doesn't "seal" motors. Your motor 1) comes sealed from GM or 2) comes sealed from a a re builder who supposedly rebuilt it to spec or 3) you seal it yourself with black market seals.

Prior to 602 some tracks offered their own sealing program with their own seals, something like each utility has their own seal for your power meter. 602 seals were supposed to be impossible to get, only GM would have them, because if you gave them to tech and other source to seal on their own they would end up on ebay and there is no garentee that tech would check to GM specs.

Again that concept falls flat on it face when guys want to rebuild their $4,000 602 rather than scrap it after a season. That forces GM to release seals on the market. Flawed concept from day one. The tracks bought into it because they wanted to get lazy with tech and believed the fairytale.

Nono I know that they come sealed and get re sealed and all that. But Mark said he has sealed the 47 motor. Thats why Im curious as to how.
