Fans love too see crews working on their cars during a race!

Ok, so here it is.....Pics? nope, because why take pics of snowbanks? Just finishing the pouring of the front stretch wall before christmas shut down, building a retaining wall for the brand new grandstand in the pit area as well. Also have to finish putting in all the new drain systems so we dont get "flooded out" like back in '08 when it happened 3 weeks in a row.

The International in the name was a preference from the main owner......he loved the logo that Choko Motorsports drew up for us in '99 or '00? he just wanted to add something to it to make it different.

The pit road is being put in for saturday night shows but also so that when Mark, Steve, Linda, and the owners go to Nascar and say "Hey!" "We want a race, we have what you require" instead of saying "Hey!" "We want a race but we dont have this, this, that, or those?" This way Nascar says "Well, you meet the requirements and the facility is beautiful". They just want to be prepared and organized thats all. Besides, these owners have the dough to throw around, they want to build this place up to be the #1 seed in the country, and have made it clear that they wont stop until it is (heard that with my own ears!)
They also may have something in the works too before the spring as well? Stay tuned!  😉

If it is a drag strip my race career may end after this year hahaha....my dad would LOVE to get back into it.
