Ken didn't finish 5th, I talked to an official after the race, and the top 5 were #8, #63, #78, #48, #5 and I asked where Ken finished, and they said he was near the back because they couldn't tell me his exact finish.

I've never see Ken have a problem driving through traffic before.... he's a great driver!! I thought something may have been wrong with the car. Even the tech guy I was talking about who does the board.. asked me if Ken was even driving the car. (I guess he thought I was apart of Ken's crew.. cause I asked where he finished...)

good thing they didnt check the size of his valves!

Why's that? they checked them at Barrie, numerous times.. and it's the same motor... but maybe you know something Dave and I don't??

amanda if he wasn't 5th i'll bet you a slice of greasy pizza he was 6th or 7th a spot in front of me...scoring this year has been really suspect.  he seemed as fast as usual compared to my car and i don't think i was too bad..there was a bit less grip in the feature than usual maybe because of the rain at least seemed that way to me.
you're right he is a great driver...reminds me of kenseth sorta he's consistant and always around at the end even if it takes time to get there...i like racing with him too cause he's clean and in control....

oh and i think the thing about the weight is when john ince ran sunset in 05 he had a carbed crx and had to be the same weight as everyone else and was added penalty weight to boot.  he had that thing flying right with colts car back then

every car is supposta weigh 2300 i think there is nothing that excludes a carbed crx from the 2300lb weight rule and that's why people are upset from what i heard this weekend.  and if you think about it what disadvantage does that particular crx car car have when compared to any other car in the division?

i'm not gonna complain but there are people running less competitive cars which weigh 300lbs more with worse handling traits that are not that far from the top gonna complain and really who can blame them for it.  if you were them you'd complain too lol

really a crx just like a civic has advantages right out of the box on other cars handling wise at least...rpms too i think

i actually just heard that this weekend and was surprised the track allowed the lower weight in this case...

don't get me wrong i like them and like racing with them but i think that's what's up with the tech drama and the track brings it on themselves it never fails lol

I placed 8th and didn't see Ken in front of me. I was stuck behind a car that drove like a set of windshield wipers and when I found my opening to go up I seen you heading there Joe so I thought I would just find your bumper and follow you but somebody else had the same idea..lol

Who knows though maybe the same thing will happen to me that happened on the first week when I placed 7th and when I went for payout next week they had me 24th behind 2 black flagged cars, 3 cars that wrecked and 2 that were sitting in the stands watching with their cars at home.
