Thunder6 if you don’t care then do everyone on here a favour... SHUT UP AND LEAVE IT ALONE. You are the only one who cares about the events you are describing. You lost just suck it up and deal with it. You are making all kinds of accusations with no evidence. If the car was illegal at Barrie it would have been disqualified. I know what you are going to say here, Ted was there and said it was fine. The tech man at Barrie is responsible for teching cars at his speedway. If he thought the car was illegal he would have disqualified it no matter what ANYONE else said. On another note I don't believe that Barrie Speedway would turn any car away the same as any other speedway would not turn away a car. You need to remember that the car in question you are speaking of passed tech at several other speedways. What is your reasoning for the car passing tech at all of those locations? Or are you going to try and create a bunch of conspiracy theories for the tracks as well. Since you have made it clear you don't care just stop complaining about it. If you put half as much time into working on your car as you did complaining on here then you might be fast too.

My question, thou Tex, is how can you continue to point out this "cheating" fact when you don't have the proof yourself? There's a saying to be used - it's not cheating unless you get caught; welcome to the grey area of the rulebook. Sure, you may not agree with what is going on and may not like how it looks, but I'm sure if there was cheating, it'd be caught.

Regardless of how you read things and what I wrote, we all know how the court of law works - accusations shall not be made without proof.

Ashley... let's get something straight here. You might know pictures and driver's stats, hey you are awesome at what you do, but when it comes to technical stuff... I think you have a long way to go.
That car was illegal at Barrie. It has been said HOW it was illegal. I don't think you will ever see that car at Barrie again. I don't think it would make it through the gate. All because of the events of August 20th, nothing else.
I think that is proof enough. Get that car to Barrie and see if it is allowed through the gate. I would be willing to bet money that the Race Director and Tech Director at Barrie Speedway would never let it happen. That is the facts and the truth right there. And with that, this is... THE END.

To the majority of your comment, I think Trevor said what needed to be said.

But to the beginning of the comment, "You might know pictures and driver's stats, hey you are awesome at what you do, but when it comes to technical stuff... I think you have a long way to go." I never said that I knew the technical side so therefore it's not like I was putting that out on the side here. I was just stating my facts based upon fact that like Trevor said, the car has never been DQ'ed.

Free speech is not a right in newsgroups, bulletin boards, etc.

In an environment like this one, it's (often) a delicate balance.

Post at your own peril what you have for opinion, fact, fiction, humor...

What anyone post reflects on that individual. If you can live with what you post, then no doubt that individual recognizes any or all consequences of doing so. Judgement is in eye of the beholder they say.

Blogs, News outlets, etc, battle with this issue everyday. Censoring is a wicked double edge sword. There's no way an administrator can win. The real issue for an administrator is potential liability. Litigation and defence in cases of defamation, criminal code, and civil penalties often exceed what can or should be allowed.

I say leave everything as it is.
