You are right Yorkie! There are always going to be fans that will only cheer for the HOME TEAM! However, Skidder is also right that you can't let the opinions of one reflect the views of many. I like Skidder enjoy when drivers from other tracks come to compete it adds an element of variability to the mix and creates a whole other dynamic to the field. My opinion is the more the merrier!!!!
What my issue in general was people coming up to me and giving me their unsolicited opinion about WHY they don't like SUNSET and WHY would I ever want to go there? For me its not about the place I agree Sunset does need some work facility wise but I WOULD NEVER JUDGE A PLACE just on that I mean there are alot of Talented Drivers at Sunset and that is why I go there and the atmosphere of the place keeps me coming back.
I go to the places that I feel comfortable and have a great experience.
Skidder thanks for the back-up but I got this one! I have been defending Sunset for a while now. Its all good. Yorkie and I agree to disagree when it comes to some things. 🙂
With regards to the Aug 16th race what if it was made and invitational that way points won't really be affected for the regular Sunset drivers, that way if more Barrie cars show up it really won't affect thing, I also thought that the personal touch on the payouts was a good thing. ;D ;D

Chris in a perfect world that would be AWESOME and as FAN I would never have to flip a coin when I can't decide where to go Saturday Night. But.....reality is I just can't see it happening. Too bad though WOW a WHOLE WEEKEND OF RACING ooh I have goose bumps!!!
Ya I know it would take alot to get it to go but that would be cool Saturday at one track Sunday at the other.
