I just read it for the 10th time and i figured it out! Those are not rumours, he's actually telling everone that is what next year will be all about. The late models, thunders, 4cyls, and road runners will be all be running at sunset next year, And all will have larger purses, road runners will be safer ( good job ) and will have a bigger claim RULE.
