Suddenly at the age of 40 years on Sunday July 4, 2010, Richard Stacey Clark or better known to all as Stacey the number 08 4 cyl of Sunset Speedway past away. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

His love for racing started with Nascar like most with his favourite drivers being Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson. Stacey started his driving adventure in 2007 in the four fun class in his 48 Honda accord. As the year went along everyone knew that if you needed help in the infield who to ask. When the next race season started Stacey moved to the four cylinder class with his 08 Honda civic. This was his year as he won his first heat and took home Rookie of the year. But there was another side to Stacey that only a few known. He was a devoted father to his four beautiful children Colin, Holly Thomas and Mackenzie. They will always remember his love for racing and how he wanted only the best for them.

Visitation will be held at the Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home 157 Main St. S., Newmarket on Thursday July 8, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 2 p.m. followed by cremation. On-line condolences may be made at    www.roadhouseandrose.com
