Shame about what happened to the 6 car??? you gotta be kidding me. how about the car that he completely domolished in the feature. and then he didnt even have the balls to come over and see if i was ok or anything. those two neons arced off every single car out there, i know there is a lot of upset people right now, especially me.
???. Mike was is my heat and all was fine. I don't know why you think he should come down and see you?? Do you think he is writing down the numbers of the cars that hit him as he hits the wall then spins down the track? Did you bother to run up to his pit. Dude, the night ended for 6 cars. $hit happens, that's racing. Mike and Dean, thanks for making the trip and hope to see you again this year.
Could have been anyones hub fall off, just so happend to be a visitor. I got caught up in it too, but thats the chance I take every time I enter the track. We will have her ready to go next week. Oh well.
I could not see exactly what caused the wreck from where i was but i don't think Smith did anything wrong other then drive a Neon that has notoriously weak spindles . Many tracks around Michigan mandate or suggest that Neon's update their spindles to the newer style that are a little stronger but still break very easily . Â Brian's car is scrap now so i understand why he is upset but i am not sure he should be mad at Mike . I did feel bad for Pender who must be getting sick of fixing a wrecked car every other week . I don't think it was Podwils fault either but she is going to pile into a lot of wrecks this year since its hard to avoid the wrecks in front of you when you are always looking in the rear view mirror .
All and all it was just one of those racing deals that turned out bad for several people .
Brian was wrecked in the B feature in an un-related incident.
Six posts and no one can give us any of the race results? Gonna have to start a collection to send Shadow to Sunset on Saturday nights 🙂
