You're right.. Rules are just suggestions. But if Walters got his spot back for apparently not having started the race yet, why didn't Bentley get his spot back? Walters was off the pace, Bentley got loose coming out of 4.. (this is not what happened but could be looked at as if it did happen). This is just favoritism for Walters..
Question: what is the line for in turn three? Oh right. It's the restart line. The RESTART LINE! When the lead drivers hit that line, you are racing.. Stop the bs about "they didn't cross the start/finish line"..
Tonight was probably the worst night for the Sunset staff as far as track calls go.. Walters is the reason the caution came out, therefore he is an involved car.. Simple. To the back! But no, someone, not mentioning names, over-ruled the initial call which was to put Walters to the back. Sunset, get your staff ALL on the same page, if a car is involved in a wreck, he's to the back!

Congratulations to Steve Laking the real MRE series champion, they can put whoever name on the trophy they want if not for the MColl rule on your an involved car only if your not Tom Walters. The 44 would have won the points simple as that.
