And by the way what Matt11 said makes total sense to me.  Why can't you  take constructive criticism and work with it??? 
You don't have to agree and obviously some people like these cars (primarily the people driving them) but Iagree that safety is a major issue here.

I think Sunset should think about doing what Barrie has done.. have a 4 cylinder a divison and b divison, that way when a car in the b class becomes quicker or more comfortable in the car, they can move up with out buying a new car, I think what Barrie has going is a great idea.. so maybe we should think about adding some safety features to these 4 funs, which are not safe.. they don't even have to wear a fire suit.. (which is insane... there cars can still catch fire!!!!!)

I hope that girl was okay, but maybe her accident can be what opens peoples eyes, and somethings can change...

I didn't see the begining of the race.. but weren't the 4 funs running the proper way around the track for the feature??? Wasn't it just one heat that they went the opposite direction????

Well, since i have wrecked a number of these 4 cylinders, I can tell you they fold like pretzels on a hard inpact....I saw 2 at the big O Friday nite also...and not having a full cage, or a full interior cage, driving in any direction, isn't good...last year our Lebaron mini was completely stock except for the full interior roll cage welded to 2x2 tubing going down each side and connected across the floor along the front and back...i was bumped into the wall and hit hard...after the crash... the stock column was sitting on the floor between my legs , car was still running and i was trying to find the key to turn it off and the K frame and control arm was up thru the floor and didnt get to my legs because of the bar running across the floor I put in. I make sure I always put one in now. And no stock starting off the column.
And in the last 2 weeks I have seen 2 minis in wrecks and the race seats actually collapsed because the belts werent installed correctly.
One was bent like a Z in the middle...how the kid didnt need a doctor I will never know.
Plus they dont take a good hit against a full frame mini truck during 4 cylinder invitationals.

First and for most....Nicole Podewils(the girl that hit the wall) is ok, I talked with her today, when they got to her car last night they asked if she was ok....she said ok but sore...went to get out and they wouldn't let her......her dads already working on the car and she looks forward to being back next week.

Second.....if anyone watched practice when they went backwards....a four fun went up the on ramp in the normal turn 3 where the cars enter....he got knocked loose and was headed for the tire and the end off the wall and took the ramp and almost taking out the official standing there.

Even look at the accident Nicole had...imagine if that were a backwards race...where was that car going to stop....probly in someones pad down in the pits after coming down the hill.

Now I guess when it comes to cheating Four Funs it is up to me....or was....I havn't officially given my resignation but its coming this week. I was told by Wes theres a complaint list about me about an arms length long and a few other things(mean while I'm the guys who has had to full fill his commitment to a charity and make sure that the figure 8 race has a car count). Now the reason why there are so many complaints in four fun it came to me and I'm going to thank Wade for this its cause theres a big case of the SIV going around.

Its the stupid people that go well "I don't win races because those guys are to fast"....the proper saying should be is that "I don't win races because im to slow". It hurts my head every time to watch people that know absolutly nothing complain.....people who don't understand that there car has a push when they start the corner in the bottom lane and come out somewhere around the 4th groove.....its the people who leave there car sitting there all week even though there slow....lets not practice to improve my driving or try to make the car better lets just hope everyone else slows down. Thats not what racing is.....it may just be "Four Fun" but its not the "Special Olympics"......lets just give every one a trophy a pat on the back and there 20 dollars and send them on there way.

I hope that when I do Quit this week they find someone dumb enough to take over and tech the division....if they can't all they really need is a babysitter just someone to be the shoulder to cry on when Squids start crying.

Sorry for the rant but I have had enough after 6 or 7 weeks off nothing but B.S.
