Thanks for the info guys!  He just sent me some pics.  It looks a little rough, but everything else seems to look pretty good.  My main concern I guess is one it's safe and two it's still straight and doesn't affect driveability/performance.

I dont think the car has been reskinned or painted since the begining of 2006 so 2 years on it makes it look a little rough.

lol it wasn't gary gagnon who wrote it off though....he went away somewhere for summer vacation he was i think 14 yrs old, and he let another guy run it, it was fast but it was bent and wicked loose into the turns.  i think a guy who usually ran one of the slower thunder cars drove it...anyways somehow he shot or was shot up at a bad angle into the turn 3 wall hard.  the car was rotted and folded up like an accordion but i think all the give in the car is what saved him.  he had a welt between his eyes and he said to me the worst part of the whole deal was that there was this evil looking heavy chrome metal skull for a shifter knob and he hit the wall so good it flew off, hit the dash and came back and smoked him right between the eyes cause he had an open face helmet..talk about adding insult to injury lol

That's actually a pretty funny story in an awful sort of way... 🙂

Yah it definetly makes sense that you say it has 2 years on it.  It is a little rough looking, but that is to be expected.  However he does have all the panels to re-skin it to make it look perfect again.  I will probably end up learning how to do body work before the racing season starts!!!
