i think the new owners would go for this is al drivers or the majority of drivers at both tracks agree.....then maybe the 2 tracks could start to work together for a change instead of bashing each other.

You know what would be cool?

Move the reguar shows to Friday night ont he two weekends that the shootut is on and then Saturday night would be shootout night. I am sure both tracks wouldnt want to have a Saturday off. But I really think that this would BRING in the fans for this event. I know the polaces would be overflowing!

Mobil 1 what I was refering to was ( I should have clarified better) Top ten drivers from Flamboro and Top ten from Delaware.Taken from points of the WWS Series (Cup Points ).
For example if these two races have gone this years the drivers would have been.
Flamboro Drivers;   Delaware Drivers

1) Jason Shaw       1) Jay Doerr
2) Scott Lyons      2) Jessie Kennedy
3)Paul Howse      3)Johnathan Urlin
4)Dave Elliott       4)Cole pearn
5)Garry Elliott       5)Scott Lindsey
6)Todd Campbell   6)Tyler Brown

Each race 100 or 150 Laps (150 Prefered ) with time trials.Leader with total points after 2 races declared Champion.You could do this race after the Labour Day Race ( APC 300) at Delaware first and hold the last race a week before Octoberfest Race or even better hold the final on the Octoberfest Date.This race would reverse the following year with Flamboro first and Delaware getting the final race.The only reason these 2 tracks are involved is because they run the WWS series if other tracks in the future got involved this would change it but still the top 20 go for it all. (WWS Champion ). I sent a message to WWS but got no reply. Personally I think it is a good format for the tracks involved in this series but I think WWS does not Owell them the breaks        

You guys have hit on an old rivallry between sunset and barrie. this could be really fun. both good tracks with good drivers, hope it happens.

I think that when i say ,i for 1 would go to both tracks for all events if they could come up with some sort of plan to run more events or special series on say a friday night or even a sunday afternoon that a lot of the true die hard race fans would agree.I think that if both tracks sunset and barrie could come up with some sort of 2 track series that ran weekly or even every other week that offered weekly and annual prize fund ,it would fill the stands.We can only keep our fingers crossed and hope someone sees the light.
