The rules clearly state "No lead weight allowed inside the car".  This is for your safety and the safety of others on the track.  Safety should be everyone's first priority, and the fact you have brought this blemish to light looks extremely bad on the Tech department!!!  Boo to them!!

bad on tech? the rules state the weight is not to be placed in the car and its up to the driver where he wants to put it. So dont be so quick to blame tech they just tell him he needs to add weight. If he needs some place to put it under his car im sure he could bolt it someplace on the tube chassis that he has under the car

@ racefan44......and I quote  "I dident even make it into tech they  suddenly make me go 50 % left hand weight i was moving weight around and i have over 200 lbs bolted to the car in the passerg seat area"...sounds to me that it was like that on Saturday night.  I could be wrong, I'm just going with the way it was written.  So.....if he was permitted to race with all that weight there....in the passenger seat area.....I say again.......BOO ON TECH!!!!!!!  SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY

the fact that they make weight changes to him when he finishes 4th and doesnt go to tech is stupid. Where did the 03 and 51 finish? How much weight have they added to them and have they made them change their percentages?
