Maybe a delay system on the scanners het 43 nascar officials to listen to all car scanners and bleep it out before it hits the fans scanners. This is a joke. I have never rented a scanner but if I was going to I would want to hear the drivers true feelings. Nascar should ban scanners at all tracks as they are for the teams to communicate. Man alive I don't know how many times in a day my kid is telling me heyyyyy for saying the S*&^ or oh F*&^ stuff happens.
